Description
Come and discover the vineyards of Domaine Michel ISSALY, located in the heart of Gaillacois, where we cultivate our vines according to the principles of biodynamics, permaculture and agroecology. These environmentally friendly practices allow us to create natural wines, in harmony with our terroir and the nature that surrounds us.
Our visits, by reservation, take place from Tuesday to Friday at 3 p.m. during the summer of 2025. They last 1.5 hours and are followed by a tasting of our wines, true reflections of our commitment to sustainable and responsible agriculture.
During this visit, we will explain how the link between the terroir and climate change influences our choices of agricultural practices. We will also discuss our actions to address the challenges of the ecological transition, in particular by fixing carbon in the soil and improving water retention using methods that are respectful and gentle on the environment.
It is an opportunity to understand how each daily action contributes to preserving biodiversity and combating the effects of climate change, while tasting our wines which carry this philosophy.
